I met Sally Chan on my 21st birthday on a Contiki Tour Bus departing Russel Square in London for 17 days spent whirling around the mainland of Europe. At the time, Sal was a recent graduate of USC & I was finishing up my time at UCSB.
From the moment we locked eyes (actually, from the moment Sal saved me from a rampaging bumblebee in Lucerne, Switzerland) we were soul-friends, sisters-in-arms, & the greatest of collaborators when it came to fun times & making memories together.
Fast-forward almost 20 years & two last names (well, two for me, one for her) & we're all grown up. Kinda.
